The travel waiver page does not contain China and Italy parts. Both waivers allow even-exchange for future travels ending June 30. It is very likely that United won’t start flying in June to both China (SFO-PVG/PEK/CTU on June schedule, though) and Italy. Will United update these waivers soon?
In the case of Italy it looks like all service to Italy has been suspended til fall.

Some indications how UA gauges market potential, by cancelling some / still keeping other routes alive.
For the time being a couple of interesting signs re Zurich service: SFO-ZRH still alive/6 July. Even new launch of ORD-ZRH still on the books/24 Oct.
We'll see what happens .......
