I've never seen a lounge with the PriorityPass brand on it. You get access to a mix of lounges. Some belong to the airlines (the CO President's Club in Cleveland), some are operated by independent companies (Holideck at LHR, CityClub at FRA). You cannot assume that you have access to all the clubs affiliated with an airline- the list includes only some President's Clubs, for example. And, as the previous poster noted, there are some airports where the affiliated club or clubs isn't convenient. We fly out of MCI and unless we're flying American, there are no lounges available because of the way MCI is set up. (AA is in a separate terminal from many of the other airlines we fly and even if we were flying out of that terminal we'd have to go through security to get to the Admiral's Club and then go through it again to get to our flight.)
