I booked a flight for a friend using the Lufthansa app and my credit card. I also paid £49 for a seat reservation FRA to BKK. The seat reservation showed as a separate amount but it has now disappeared, only the flight cost is there. The flight on 7th May has been cancelled but it has not been possible to ask for a refund yet. Does anyone here know what happened to the £49, are they hoping I don't notice or something else? Thanks for any input.
