I asked for a refund on March 15th and was told that I was going to receive it. 6 weeks later and no refund. I filed a chargeback with my credit card BUT ... my credit card is Lufthansa's Miles & More, so I doubt they'll honor that service too.

Whenever a company tells me "We'll issue you a voucher" I ask them "How much is the voucher worth after you declare bankruptcy?" , they never reply and issue the refund.
