At least he's using Amex 2-for-1, so at least somewhat redeeming himself!

Well I just used 80K miles and an Amex 2-for-1 for MrsBo and I to go to China this summer in "the-back-of the-bus" and it was the best use of miles I've ever done. It saved us £1600 and as you may have guessed, we've yet to "turn left" when boarding. I'm aware we could have MFUed from WT+ but the saving paid forthe rest of the holiday and for 10-12 hours flying v2.5 weeks of holiday, it was no contest.
Not that I dont have aspirations though....
