No. Nothing changed yesterday.
UA has never documented the option to get an ETC. However, I just checked a future reservation, and I can confirm that I still have FFC and ETC options.
Also no change for mine -- ETC or FFC
I have two future reservations but awaiting hearing on plans for rescheduling the activities. As one likely will require partner segments -- too far out and too mainstream to expect a cancellation at this time. Prefer an ETC and might be willing to make the effort to use the ETC on a partner. Too many uncertainties.
