Hi,

My parents booked a trip from Boston to Spain on Iberia using site Hop2. the flight was cancelled and Iberia approved the refund, however Hop2 is asking them $75 processing fee to get the refund. There were no mention of fees at the point of purchase - are they entitles to pay the fee or should they appeal with their bank?
