The recipe is straight out of The Joy of Cooking with 2 minor modifications. I added a half cup of honey to the boil water and didn’t have the corn meal on hand so didn’t use it. They were ready to come out of the oven at 15 minutes. The topping is from a jar called “Everything but the bagel”. Hopefully this is readable.
