UA to Move Back to Changi Terminal 3 After Flights Resume to SIN
T2 at Singapore Changi Airport will be closed starting on May 1st for the next 18 months for renovation.
During the next 18 months, UA will be operating out T3 (as it used to).

Based on the current schedule (subject to border re-opening), the first SFO-SIN flight is on June 4 which I am currently booked in.

I guess this means Polaris passengers will have access to the SQ Silverkris Lounge (although it plans to go through renovation in the coming months). The Krisflyer Gold Lounge is currently under renovation and I am not sure where the temporary Krisflyer Gold Lounge is located.
