According to the news on Anadolu Agency ( Turkish news agency ), Balkan countries are already starting to relax some restrictions.

I also don't have an EF account ( the person who I was sharing the account with has decided to pause his membership due to COVID-19 ) so I would not be able to comment on the loads.
