So you are a German/EU citizen with a permanent residence (I assume) in Munich and your non-EU citizen fiancée will be travelling with you to permanently reside with you in Germany, correct? Did you explain that situation to the BP? I think you should be ok, but I can see a gate agent being unsure of this. I would have as much paperwork with me as possible, especially since being engaged is not a formal condition (as marriage would be). Good luck
