Flights on AS and QX definitely count for KL EQMs and elite bonus (take it from YVR-based KL PE who got RW on AS flights exclusively during the status & mileage match challenge!)
Posting however can take quite some time, 4-6 weeks, and often not at all so save your BP stubs and ticket receipts.
