Take 3 days off, receive 1 day pay
Take 6 days off, receive 2 days pay
Take 9 days off, receive 3 days pay

Flight Attendants:
The 60-hour minimum guarantee is now 0
7 days off, 2 days pay (up to 14 days)
You will have your basic monthly minimum salary deducted based on the number of days you take (NT1300/day)

Pilots (Fleet Specific):
Minimum guarantee for scheduling is 0
No leave scheme is introduced
Company will ensure pilot currency
