My best tip for quick, no prep time zoom meetings - keep some scarves and bright lipstick near your computer. One scarf around the neckline, one around the hair (if needed, mine is ridiculously long and constantly sticking to my face since I'm using ALL the hydrating things right now), swipe of lipstick, maybe a teensy bit of powder for shine and you're camera ready.
