Probably in my case is even worst considering that the hotel pubblished online on its website a specific "covid-policy"...and then didn't apply it!
And this is probably (in the marriott Greek portfolio) the top-resort...! So I hoped for a top-service (and service recovery)...!
But here the service is probably the worst of all...! At least the others hotel give a 20% (probably without saying nothing online)...here they say online they give you a +20%...and than they give you 10%...!
