hi! this is my first post yay! ive just spoken to a MP CS rep for the past 30 mins and am now utterly confused.

i just wanted to know what are the advantages/disadvantages of paper ticketing vs. e-ticketing award travel for the beginning of next year, considering the current crisis that UA is. im about to book my ticket to japan for march, but in case, UA goes bankrupt, i would like to go with the method that ensures that i have a ticket to japan (even if with its partner carriers) THANKS!!
