Annual Fee just posted for me. No offer with 10K spend in 2019.

However I had the SPG personal card and when that converted to the Marriott, I upgraded to get the 100K Welcome Bonus. That happened in 2019 so not sure if I'll get one this year. Last day to try and cancel is May 25 for me. Hope an incentive offer pulls up.
