I have a flight to Helsinki on Saturday I can’t take due to their quarantine rules and I already changed the flight from BA to Finnair a month ago so I can’t cancel it.
I would happily take a voucher in this case but I only have the option to change the date on manage my booking.
I have tried calling BA but every time it says to call back later... any suggestions?
