Re the second hotel booked through Expedia (actually, subsidiary CheapTickets).
They finally reached the hotel, which refused to refund the reservation despite being closed. Thus Expedia isn't issuing a refund. I've initiated a chargeback, but unfortunately I used my Barclays Priceline Visa for that transaction. Barclays is a nightmare to deal with, I had to fax in my request this morning. We'll see what happens.
I'm still waiting on the refund from H10 as well...
