I have the same problem, showing as Gold Member when I should be PC. I had a reservation last weekend and when I showed up the board said PC. I'm not sure if this is because they are letting all Gold members use PC at DCA since all the other zones are parked up with excess cars or maybe I'm still showing at PC in their system? I tried to send in a comment but the online contact form returns errors each time I try to use it.

Given the number of layoffs in current environment I don't have high hopes this will be fixed anytime soon.
