My experience transiting FRA (coming from ARN) on March 29 was that there were a couple of border police directly at the gate checking all passengers' passports. When I came up, the officer looked at my passport, asked whether I'm in transit on my way home, I said yes – that was it. I saw that quite a few other passengers (I presume everyone who didn't answer yes

) was escorted somewhere else after the plane was fully de-boarded, probably for some kind of background check where there's a computer/passport scanner. In any case, I wouldn't worry about the Swedes, but still bring any documentation that you have.
As you say, lounges are obviously closed. In fact FRA was eerily quiet, empty hallways, conveyor belts turned off and except one bakery or so next to the LH Service Center, nothing was open.
