I would personally choose row 20 A/B (bulkhead) since you have no one leaning back their seat into your space which you will have row 43/44 which are the twin seats. The pitch did not look comfortable and with the little one on your lap, it will feel even more restricted.
Also it was definitely more loud at the back end of the plane near the galley and toilets and row 20 was quieter.
