I can’t answer why the CAA stated QA admitted fault previously, this is why I was asking if going to BA is the correct thing to do.
Sorry, but your post is unclear. What was your flight number? Do you recall whether you were sitting in a British Airways or Qatar Airways aircraft? The operator matters, not who issued the ticket.
