I would give the B.A. program a "D" at this time. In previous years I never had trouble using our miles but this spring-summer has been difficult. I was told in March that there would be no more E.C. seats LAX to LHR for the rest of the year! When I called later I was told that none ever become available and that I was misinformed. They kept trying to push W.T.Plus on me. For 70,000 miles I said no thanks.
