Thanks for informing me that you can't get "award" tickets for a household account on the net. No phone agent ever told me this and I never saw it mentioned on the site. Finally made reservations on the site and now we are hoping that they arrive in time. We checked "paper ticket". It didn't state that there is an extra fee for them. Who knows? Hope the new booking company does a better job.
