I bought the Westin long pillow once, as I felt the ones in the hotels supported my neck well and helped me get a smoother / deeper sleep especially to counter jet lag.

But I swear the one that was shipped to me was in a different size with different firmness. Don’t think I’m imagining things, and there’s only one size sold on the website. So it’s now gathering dust in my cupboard.
