Put another fare a credit and told 350 days to use, do the contact Center not read NZ changes or are they so robotic they just ignore any changes.
I do not think it is so much robotic, rather stress and tiredness for the frontline staff. At the end of the day they are only implementing policy and direction from the AIRNZ headshed.
