Path for foreign flyers to get ANA Superflyer Credit card
ANA SFC is lifetime *G as long as cardholder agreement remains. The #1 obstacle for non-Japan based flyers is getting the credit card in the first place. I looked around couldn't find any info. So here is my thought experiment:

Get a Japanese address, maybe a mailbox or a mail forwarding address
Open a Japanese Amex card through Amex global transfer, establish a Japanese credit file
Built on the Japanese credit file through spending and payments on the Amex card
Apply for the ANA credit card
Fly the requirement
Apply for SFC

=profit! Whole family gets lifetime *G

Now, what am I missing?
