Has anybody tried to book using an extended/reissued ( whatever they call the automatic extension ) credit card free night Cert ?

My Cert t was extended until 8/17/2021 but if I try to book a night using the cert beyond the original 2/8 /2021 expiration date the rate comes up in cash so I can't use the free night

I chatted with an agent that told me I had to email [email protected] for an answer

UPDATE ,Looks like IHG fixed the problem as today I was able to book March 2021 using a free night that originally expired 2/2021
