No worries. Just mix about 2 tsp white vinegar into regular milk and leave 5 minutes. Stir and voilà. Good substitute for buttermilk. In a pinch I’ve even used red wine vinegar. Please show us your scones 😊. Maybe you can get a contract from AC to provide them when planes fly again.
