That SFO unit is the unit where I pulled a one way rental and the exit gate refused to give me a damage slip or document anything in the system for multiple chips in the windshield. I told the guy flat out either I get a damage slip since this is a one way rental, or I want to see the manager. The guy at the booth refused to call the manager and told me "go get a different car then." So I did that. A "manager" (I use the quotes lightly) saw it all from a distance and after I returned the car to the Aisle, asked me if something was wrong. I showed him the windshield chips and said the guy at the booth wouldn't mark them on a damage slip and told me to take a different car. The "manager" gave me the look and just walked off without saying anything.
The "different car" I got turned out to have a pretty bad dent in one of the bumper corners and that same exit gate agent was willing to record a note in the system for that damage (I watched him record it).
