That reminds me .... I did, 3-4 years ago, cash in some BA Miles for the short-lived London City - Sheffield service to see my folks. It is still the smallest plane I have ever flown in, a real squeeze for my 6'2' frame. It was almost worth it for the benefit of flying over my childhood home, but given that the train is still only £29 in First Class at weekends the 'miles per £' ratio must have been dreadful!
