There are countless reports of tourism ministers from many countries in Europe forecasting when they hope to reopen hotels and allow tourists to enter the country. Most suggest end of June, beginning of July.

Please back this up. Countless reports? Maybe we follow different news channels but the only people I have seen mention as travel resuming during the summer are tour operators, for obvious cash flow reasons.
