The US Health experts said publicly last night they expect CV do come back in the Autumn to coincide with flu season.
So I cannot see countries, under present conditions, opening any borders for leisure travel in 2020.
Sorry to be a doom and gloom merchant but that is my view, and a far more realistic one that people believing the virus will simply disappear.
