Another part-cash/part-Avios here. Sorry, C-W-S but we have loads of idle Avios to use!!

I claimed refund on the phone on 10/4, and on 14/4 the cash element was refunded to my Amex. However, no sign yet of the accompanying 70,200 Avios. I'm waiting for another week before I start pestering someone!
