But, currently, as it seems, BA wants to fly ( they have a very wide May schedule that would operate compared to other airlines ) so if there is demand and there are no restrictions at that time BA would fly that route.
Regardless of whether Greece wants to open its borders or BA wants to fly, I think we're facing a considerable period of necessary social distancing, which is going to affect airlines and tourism more than most sectors of the economy. Greece is not free to act entirely unilaterally, and I'd imagine that BA's May schedule is more wishful thinking than expectation.
I'm assuming that all my trips by air for the rest of this year will be cancelled, either because the flights themselves are cancelled, or borders are closed or hotels and restaurants are closed. I'd love to be proved wrong.
