I wouldn't be concerned although it is a bit of a lottery. I called and had my Avios refunded within 10 minutes of the call. Seat reservations were refunded within 48 hours and then another 24 hours for the taxes et al. I have not had the 2-4-1 credited and it still shows on my account as 'used' some 6 day after my call. Annoyingly there have been two occasions I would've rebooked for next year but without the voucher I haven't been able to as I'm low on Avios.
