I have a BA booking to Crete in September and have mixed feelings about the whole situation. As much as I want to go, and always said I would if Greece was open, now I’m unsure. Will LHR be a breeding ground for a second wave? Will the first travellers after the lockdown be guinea pigs to see if there are risks or another wave? Etc

Also, there’s the possibility BA will axe some holiday routes for this whole season. At the end of the day people may not want to holiday abroad and it may be better off to not run some routes, especially as the 80/20 rule is off till October.
