Well you can physically go to Stockholm now if you want, there are no border controls in the UK or Stockholm.
Yes, but far too early to speculate on where you can go, countries are asking for coordination on border opening so that they aren't disadvantaged economically by others opening and them not, but I see that hard to implement in practice.
I see big changes happening in the next few weeks, the waves are all over with aggressive antibody testing to see how many people have had it already, in addition to normal coronavirus testing.
