BA Holidays phoned me yesterday re my forthcoming Menorca trip in Oct (change of hotel by them) so I took
the opportunity to ask about a stand-alone AVIS booking I have for early June which I now cannot use. The chap said don’t ask for cash refund as I will lose 20% but to get the future travel voucher. Has this changed? Are you saying that a full refund will be given?
