Booked with BA holidays, flights plus hotel and upgraded with Avios to CE.
Flights / holiday cancelled for May, they refunded my deposit which was great but now still waiting for my Avios.
Not sure to contact them again.
sounds like a system/operator error where the Avios just haven't been redeposited you'll have to give them a call to rectify it
