Anyone experience with getting Avios back ? (BA holidays)

Booked with BA holidays, flights plus hotel and upgraded with Avios to CE.

Flights / holiday cancelled for May, they refunded my deposit which was great but now still waiting for my Avios.

Not sure to contact them again.
