Is BA offering refunds or are they playing games like AF/KL/AC? If they are offering refunds, I recommend giving a BA a call and see if they are willing to take over the reservation from Orbitz. Since my prior post from 26 MAR above, I can confirm that IB/AA/AC all took over reservations booked with OTA and handled refund requests directly.
If the airline is willing to refund directly, that would be quicker in getting your money refunded than a chargeback.
BA won't be able to do anything we can load the booking up on our system to view but don't have any payment lines in the booking to refund it even if we could. Has to be dealt with by the agent booked with
