I submitted a support ticket to Rewards for Thoughts last week about Avios not being credited and got the response yesterday evening as follows:

Hello Barney,

We are sorry to hear that you have not received rewards in your British Airways Executive Club account.

Please log-in to your Rewards for Thoughts and select your Account menu (upper right-hand-side corner) followed by User Details. On this page, please ensure that your first and last name is the same as on your British Airways Executive Club account and that your British Airways Executive Club account number is entered correctly.

As long as these details are correct, your rewards will be transferred to your British Airways Executive Club account within 5 business days following the completion of a survey.

Rewards for Thoughts
My BAEC number is correctly in my account menu, so I have re-submitted another ticket as no Avios have been credited to my BAEC account since 3rd April which was around when they changed the RfT website. I have done quite a lot of surveys since that date with no Avios credited into my BAEC account at all.
