Both flights are timed to make the morning bank of Asia flights for connections. They’re 25 min apart so that BR isn’t overwhelmed in the morning from a sudden rush of arrivals.

They are barely operating to the US right now; they’re currently operating mainly to bring back Taiwanese students/citizens in the US going home and charging outrageous prices as well as a ton of cargo.
