Well that was quick. After periods of radio silence and insisting on a credit, the dispute was filed yesterday, then this afternoon, I get an email from them saying they will refund my money.

I have no idea if the dispute had any impact but I am glad they decided to do the right thing by refunding their customers during a property closure.
