I just tested this in my own account.
I made a new points booking, and it showed redeemed.

Then I cancelled, and I show the original "redeem", plus now a "refund".

I don't show "redeem" duplicated on a cancel. Just clarifying that you did a full cancel, and not a change/rebook under the same confirmation number.
