Hello all!

This is definitely the behavior when you make a change to a points booking, because behind the scenes the points from the original itinerary are being refunded back to the account, and then the new point total is being redeemed for the new itinerary.

I wasn't aware that a cancel was showing both, but will raise that up to the Rapid Rewards team to be reviewed.
