For me the list is quite small:

DOH - multiple tips en route Dubai or Kuwait
ORD - en route LAX
SIN - en route SYD
PHL and CLT several trips to the US that started in DUB
IAH - en route MCO to LAS
BAH - emergency route home from BOM in the Icelandic ash cloud disruption
