Update on the Expedia/Lufthansa refund. After about 2 hours on hold with Exp. I was told that LH rep confirmed I was eligible for a full refund. She(LH) didn't have the waiver code so Exp. agent has to call back and get it from the appropriate dept. I have to wait to get a call back from Exp and hope it all goes through. I asked for a case # in case I wouldn't hear from them.

Now you just have to wait some months before the money arrives...
